About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our head office in Albion. Alongside day-to-day support for the CEO and Senior Management Team, you will coordinate the tasks, timelines, and documentation for our ongoing developments and recent property projects.

Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for the CEO
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and documentation for ongoing developments and current property projects
Manage a busy and frequently changing diary, including interstate and overseas travel, meetings and events
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence on the CEO's behalf
Coordinate projects: maintain trackers and action registers, take minutes, and follow actions through to completion
Manage document control across contracts, drawings, approvals, permits and lease documentation
Liaise with consultants, builders, architects,



agents and property teams

About you
A proven track record as an Executive Assistant
Confident management of a busy and frequently changing diary, including interstate and overseas travel, meetings and events
Strong written communication skills - agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence prepared on the CEO's behalf
Experience coordinating projects: maintaining trackers and action registers, taking minutes, and following actions through to completion
Sound document control skills across contracts, drawings, approvals, permits and lease documentation
Comfortable liaising with consultants, builders, architects, agents and property teams
Absolute discretion with confidential and commercially sensitive information
Cooperative team player with exceptional relationship-building abilities
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Valid Australian work visa
