This role will be driven by your meticulous nature as you manage meeting minutes and coordinate the appointment diary of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Your high interpersonal skillset and amiable persona will enhance cross-team and agency communication, as you liaise with an array of stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
Record meeting minutes and oversee the diary management of the CIO
Partake in team meetings and work collaboratively within the ICT directorate




Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CIO surrounding administration and daily management
Provide project support through research collation and timely correspondence
Monitor the quality of official documents, such as reports, letters and other forms of communication.
