About the role
You'll manage a tidy residential portfolio with strong admin support and no leasing responsibilities. The role of a Property Manager is changing, no longer are you a person that solves problems but you are now also a trusted professional advisor. Strong relationships are the key to managing a successful portfolio, with processes and a support structure that allow you to add value to both tenants and landlords.
You'll have assistants both onshore and offshore to avoid getting bogged down in administration tasks, which frees you up to be more proactive than reactive.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end residential property management
Routine inspections & reporting
Maintenance coordination
Tenant and landlord communication
Arrears, renewals & compliance
Working with admin support and modern software
About you
Current WA Property Management Registration
Experience in residential property management
Strong organisation and communication skills
Current driver's licence
Professional, positive, and team-oriented
