Available Roles

Slaughter Department




Remove hides, hooves, heads, and other non-meat parts of the animal
Split carcasses using saws or other tools
Trim and cut meat into standard cuts for further processing or packaging
Inspect and grade meat according to quality standards

Boner
Break carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications
Debone forequarters, loins, and hindquarters
Perform general labouring and cleaning tasks as required

Slicer
Competent in all facets of beef slicing and portioning
Ensure accuracy and consistency of cuts
Maintain equipment and adhere to hygiene standards

Willingness to work autonomously under supervision

Requirements:
Must provide a copy of your Passport, Visa, or Proof of Citizenship
Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
