Castaway Coffee Bar, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, is on the lookout for a talented Full Time Breakfast Chef to join our team. We're a busy, vibrant café open daily from 6am-3pm, serving locals and visitors alike with quality coffee and fresh, delicious food.

What we're looking for:

Availability all week (38+ Hours)
n
Robust English communication skills
n
Culinary qualifications or proven experience as a breakfast chef in a fast-paced café setting.
n
Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
n
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a chef in a fast paced environment
n
A passion for producing high-quality, consistent dishes under pressure
n
Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
