About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to take the next step in their career, working closely with our major customers and internal teams.
You’ll provide expert parts advice, build and maintain robust customer relationships, identify sales prospects and ensure our major accounts receive exceptional service and support.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and develop strong relationships with major customers
Provide expert parts interpretation and advice
Prepare and process parts quotes and sales
Identify opportunities to grow parts sales and customer relationships
Support workshop and customer requirements
Ensure accurate and timely parts supply
Deliver exceptional customer service
About You
Previous Parts Interpreting experience, ideally within the heavy vehicle industry
Strong knowledge and interest in heavy automotive
Experience working with major accounts or key customers is highly desirable
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and computer literacy
Commercially focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
