About the Role
n
You will work across emergency, acute and inpatient services within a small rural hospital, providing high-quality care to the local community and surrounding region.
n
This role requires confident clinicians who can work autonomously,



manage competing priorities and lead shifts when required.

Essential Experience
n
n
Rural nursing experience
n
Emergency nursing experience
n
Triage and resuscitation experience
n
Ability to work autonomously
n
Team leadership and ward management experience
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience using Queensland ieMR
n
FirstNet, PowerChart or HBCIS experience
n
Previous Queensland Health or rural hospital experience
n
n
Mandatory Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Advanced Life Support (ALS)
n
Basic Life Support (BLS)
n
Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)
n
Current mandatory nursing competencies
n
n
