Job Description
Downer is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor for the QTMP team in Brisbane. You will influence career development and coordinate traineeship and apprenticeship programs, reporting through the LMS.

The role requires Cert IV in Training & Assessment and a related HR qualification, with 2+ years' experience in structured entry programs and strong stakeholder engagement. Flexibility and a proactive approach are valued in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
