The role is available on a part-time or casual basis, reporting to the Chief Radiographer, with shifts available Monday to Friday between 8am–5pm, with the potential for Saturday shifts.
Role Overview
As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you will play an significant role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring patients receive exceptional care throughout their imaging journey.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting Radiographers with X-ray, CT, MRI and other imaging examinations, while providing high-quality patient care.
Preparing patients for their examinations and ensuring their comfort throughout the imaging process.
Supporting Radiologists and technical staff with procedures and day-to-day clinic operations.
Collaborating with clerical staff, Radiographers and Radiologists to deliver a seamless patient experience.
What We're Looking For
Current Radiography students looking to gain valuable clinical experience.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Previous healthcare or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
