This role has a strong focus onSharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, alongside broader infrastructure and networking support within a hybrid cloud setting.
The position will suit someone who is hands-on, comfortable owning the Microsoft 365 environment, and able to work across both administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll be doing

Brisbane Based
You'll take an active role in supporting and maintaining our network and infrastructure workplace, including:
Administer and support theMicrosoft 365 environment, includingSharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview.
Develop and maintainSharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries and document management structures.
SupportSharePoint governance, information management and collaboration standards.
AdministerMicrosoft Entra ID, including users/groups, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access and SSO.
Support Microsoft 365security, compliance, retention and data protectioninitiatives.
Manage tenant configuration, licensing and general Microsoft 365 administration.
OptimiseTeams, SharePoint and OneDrivecollaboration across the business.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, SharePoint,



identity and access-related issues.
Provide general infrastructure and networking support acrossLAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and wireless environments.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to ongoing infrastructure and security improvements
What we're looking for
Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft 365 administration.
StrongSharePoint Onlineadministration experience, including sites, permissions, document libraries and governance.
Experience administeringMicrosoft Entra IDand identity/access controls.
Knowledge ofTeams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview.
Understanding of Microsoft 365security, compliance and information governance.
Experience working acrosshybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
General networking knowledge, ideally acrossUbiquiti and/or Ciscoenvironments.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
You'll suit this role if you enjoy being hands-on, can methodically troubleshoot complex technical issues and are comfortable taking ownership of infrastructure problems through to resolution.
