You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead the Early Years team in delivering a consistently high-quality, child-centred learning setting.
You'll embed strong safeguarding practices, oversee staff deployment, and coach practitioners to develop their practice while nurturing positive relationships with children and families.
