Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Brunswick Baths to coordinate daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and service excellence.
You will lead a agile team, ensuring high-quality experiences for patrons and maintaining a welcoming environment.
The role requires energetic, communicative leadership with flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
Current First Aid (Level 2), CPR and a Pool Lifeguard Certificate are essential, along with a National Police Check.
