Safety Advisor | 10/4 Roster | Accommodation Provided
We are currently seeking an Safety Advisor to join a project team on a short-term contract basis.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be out on site working directly with supervisors, crews, and subcontractors to drive a positive safety culture.
If you're looking for a role behind a desk completing paperwork all day, this isn't it.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting regular safety interactions and field observations
Engaging with subcontractors and work crews on site
Monitoring and reporting against project safety KPIs
Supporting supervisors with safe work practices
Completing inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities
Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
Promoting proactive safety leadership across the project
About You




Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role within construction, infrastructure, renewables, or resources
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to build rapport with subcontractors and site teams
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
Current Driver's Licence
