About the role

We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team on a FULL TIME basis. Based in Berrima, NSW, this role will involve providing high-quality painting and decorating services to both residential and commercial clients in the local area. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the painting and decorating process, from preparing surfaces to applying finishes and clean-up.

What you'll be doing

· Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers and sealers as required

· Applying paint, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces

· Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client specifications and industry best practices

· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the project

· Providing excellent customer service and communication to clients

· Working collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors as required

What we're looking for

· experience as a professional Painter and Decorator

· Robust practical skills and knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and equipment

· Ability to read and interpret job specifications, plans, and instructions





· Positive attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Solid customer service orientation and communication skills

· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Current driver's licence and reliable transportation

· Basic tools and equipment needed for painting

· Must have good physical health

· Must have ABN
