We are looking for an organised and confident Operations Coordinator to support a busy team.

You will help keep transport, stock, customer communication, and day-to-day administration moving.

You will begin by supporting two experienced team members and learning how the business operates.

As you build your knowledge and confidence, the role will grow into contracts and operations coordination across the national business.

What you will do
Coordinate transport bookings, movements and delivery information.
Assist with stock control and maintain accurate stock records.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails.
Email and call customers with updates, follow-ups and requests for information.
Update systems, records, documents and reports.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Take on additional responsibilities as you learn the business and the role develops.

What we are looking for

You may already work in operations, administration, customer service, transport coordination or a similar support role.





Industry experience would be practical, but your organisation, communication and willingness to learn will matter most.
You communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email.
You can manage several priorities without losing track of the details.
You follow tasks through and keep people updated along the way.
You are comfortable learning systems, processes and industry terminology.
You enjoy supporting a team and are happy to step in where needed.
You want a position that can develop into a broader operations career.
