Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, diagnostics and repair work in accordance with Toyota's manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting routine servicing, maintenance and repairs
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
Carrying out warranty and customer-pay repairs
Working closely with Service Advisors and Parts Interpreters




Ensuring vehicles are repaired right the first time
Maintaining a safe, clean and productive workshop environment
Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic
Previous dealership experience highly regarded
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
The ability to work efficiently and independently
A team-first attitude and solid communication skills
Full Australian working rights
A current Australian driver's licence
