Job Description

IREN is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance skilled to lead enterprise-wide compliance programs, focusing on regulatory obligations and sanctions. The role requires driving incident management, control design and governance across Australia, the US, Canada and Europe.

You will collaborate with multiple functions, manage escalations, and leverage up-to-date tooling and AI to scale compliance across a NASDAQ-listed, international data centre business.
