Our Toowoomba Windows and Doors division manufactures high-quality aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced Glass Cutter to join our production team. This role plays an significant part in ensuring accurate, safe, and effective glass processing within our factory.

The Role

This full-time position involves cutting and processing float and laminated glass to size, organising daily cut schedules, and supporting general factory operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Cutting and processing glass accurately and safely
Operating glass-cutting equipment and handling tools
Organising and prioritising daily cut schedules
Assisting with unloading trucks and managing incoming materials
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment





The Person

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused team member with previous experience in glass cutting or a trade qualification in glazing (advantageous) .

Candidates with the following skills will be highly regarded:
Experience cutting and processing glass in a production environment
Ability to safely operate hand tools, lifting equipment, and machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to organise tasks and meet production deadlines
