A leading property data and analytics business is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead its real estate portfolio.

You’ll take ownership of a regional sales team, driving revenue growth, retention and product adoption across major agency groups, franchise networks and independent agencies. It's a role that blends hands-on commercial execution with genuine leadership: coaching your team, building senior client relationships and turning market insight into explicit sales action.

What you’ll be doing
Leading and coaching a regional sales team to hit revenue, retention and engagement targets
Running a disciplined sales rhythm across pipeline, forecasting and performance reviews
Building regional portfolio plans that prioritise growth, key accounts and risk




Partnering with senior decision makers across the real estate market
Using data and customer insight to guide strategy and inform commercial decisions

What you’ll bring
Proven sales leadership or commercial management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, digital solutions, property data or real estate
A track record of coaching teams to deliver against revenue and retention targets
Robust commercial acumen across budgets, forecasting and portfolio health
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and major customer groups
