Role: Educator – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education

Centre: Goodstart Capalaba – Almara St

Employment Type: Full Time – 38 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check

Responsibilities
Help provide the best start to a child’s life
Develop and implement high‑quality learning programmes for children
Ensure a safe,



inclusive and nurturing environment for all children
Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance teaching practices
Support staff and children with scholarships and development opportunities (up to $3,000 available for eligible educators studying Cert III)
