Job Description

Compass, based in Australia, seeks a Customer Strategy Manager to identify and size prospects across our EdTech product portfolio. You'll work across strategy, product management and design to turn insights into prototypes and scalable solutions.

You'll collaborate with multiple squads, develop commercial rationale, and test ideas with customers, using Figma and AI-assisted tools in a thoughtful way. This hybrid role supports teams in Melbourne or Sydney.
