We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing AEs while driving team revenue. This is a player-coach role initially, transitioning to full time management as the team grows.

What You Will Do
Recruit, hire, and onboard current sales team members
Coach and develop AEs through deal reviews and 1:1s
Set and track team quotas and KPIs
Build and refine sales playbooks and processes
Forecast accurately and report to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product
Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Participate in strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives

What We Are Looking For
3+ years of sales management experience
5+ years of individual contributor sales experience
Track record of building and scaling sales teams
Data-driven approach to coaching and performance
