Job Description
Far West Local Health District is seeking an Aged Care Outreach Services (ACOS) Physiotherapist to join a community-based, multidisciplinary team in Broken Hill.
You will deliver assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment to RACF residents, facilitating protected discharge and continued care after hospital.
The role spans hospital and outreach settings, including telehealth when appropriate.
The position requires a physiotherapy qualification, AHPRA registration, and at least 3 years of post-graduate
