Project Manager – Luxury Residential | Brisbane
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team, managing high-end residential projects from start to finish.
The role will involve overseeing day-to-day construction, coordinating trades and suppliers, managing programs and budgets, working closely with clients and consultants, and ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard.
We're looking for someone with:
3-5 years experience managing residential construction projects
A strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
Good communication and organisational skills
The ability to manage trades, suppliers, clients and consultants
Solid attention to detail and a focus on quality
A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of projects
Experience in luxury or architecturally designed residential construction would be highly regarded.
