Full Time – St Nicks Early Learning

St Nicks Early Learning is a warm, community-focused early education service grounded in creative, meaningful learning. With two campuses: St Nicks Hellenica and St Nicks Botanica, we continue to grow and are looking for a passionate educator to join our team.

Our educational approach is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, valuing children as capable, competent learners. Across our service, we embed:

The Role

This is a full time position. The successful applicant will be based at either our Hellenica or Botanica campus, with placement determined according to the needs of our service and the successful candidate's strengths and experience.

Key responsibilities include
Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
Observing, documenting, and supporting children's learning and development




Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and rest
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contributing to a warm, respectful, and collaborative team culture

About You To be considered for this role, you will:
Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Have 1–2 years' experience in an early learning setting
Have a genuine passion for working with young children
Be reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
