Job Description

Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will support breakfast, lunch and dinner service in a busy hotel setting, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, hotel/kitchen experience, and a passion for food. The role requires early starts, late finishes, and flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
