Proven experience in a similar role and work space.
A passion for delivering high quality food service.
Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Cool under pressure.
Excellent communication and team work skills.
Availability to work weekends.
Attention to detail - ensuring food quality consistency and presentation.
