About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join AFPRO Filters Australia Pty Ltd in Sunshine West, VIC. This is a full-time position offering an excellent chance to be part of a dynamic warehouse operation in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. You will play a crucial role in our picking and packing operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our order fulfilment process. This position is based on-site at our Sunshine West facility, where you will work as part of a team-oriented team committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

What you'll be doing

n

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

n

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks

n

Manufacturing - cutting frames & filter pleat, gluing of filters

n

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

n

Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting

n

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

n

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

n

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

n

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items

n

A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
