Fetch is seeking a Head of Growth in Sydney to own the strategy, system and team. You’ll build an engine that drives acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, referrals, partnerships, and website performance across channels, including recent routes and AI-native testing.
This senior, player-coach role reports to a co-founder and leads a small growth team. Hybrid in Sydney (3–4 days in office) with a Series A salary and equity. You’ll craft a warm, trusted brand experience loved by pet parents.
