Role Description This is a part time, entry / junior Business Analyst role based in Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home.

The Business

Analyst will support the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements across various functions, helping to identify opportunities to improve processes and performance. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with data analysis and reporting, preparing dashboards and summaries for stakeholders, and contributing to the evaluation of business trends related to production, sales, and operations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify needs, support small improvement initiatives, and ensure accurate and timely communication of findings. The successful candidate will be encouraged to learn and grow within a structured environment, contributing to decisions that enhance efficiency and support NFI’s quality-focused culture.

Candidates should possess the ability to capture, organize, and clarify business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse teams.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or ongoing studies) are beneficial.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, basic data analysis tools, and reporting software is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
