St Bart's is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to assist residents in a supported accommodation setting across Midland, Kelmscott and Stirling. You will help residents progress on their recovery journey, build relationships, and support daily living and medication routines.

The role requires a compassionate, resilient, person-centred approach, robust communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a agile workplace.
