About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on building current client relationships and identifying technology opportunities within themid- large market sector.
Working alongside our technical specialists and service delivery teams, you will develop tailored solutions that solve real business problems while building long-term partnerships.
You will be responsible for selling:
Managed IT Services
Cybersecurity solutions
Microsoft cloud services
Infrastructure and network projects
Telecommunications and connectivity services
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting,



networking and referrals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Identify client technology challenges and position ICT Group solutions
Develop and present tailored proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
Work closely with technical teams to design client solutions
Build long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
Achieve revenue and recurring services growth targets
About You
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and winning new business.
Ideally you will have:
3 - 5+ years experience selling IT services or technology solutions
Robust understanding of Managed IT Services or Cybersecurity
Conversational level technical knowledge of Managed IT Services or Cybersecurity is required
Experience selling into mid - large market organisations
Proven ability to generate and close new business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, results-driven mindset
Experience selling Microsoft, cybersecurity or managed IT services will be highly regarded.
