We're looking for a practical, hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day warehouse and Click & Collect operations within one of our busy retail stores.
n
This is a store-based operational role suited to an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or developing Operations Manager ready to take the next step.
n
You'll work alongside the Retail Business Manager and Sales Manager to keep stock moving, orders accurate and customers satisfied.
n
About the Role
n
As our Warehouse & Click & Collect Operations Manager, you will lead the warehouse team while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
n
Your focus will be ensuring stock is received, stored, replenished and dispatched safely and accurately. You will also take ownership of Click & Collect orders, ensuring they are prepared correctly and ready for customers on time.
n
This is not a corporate or multi-site operations position. It is a hands-on leadership role based within the store.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the daily warehouse, receivals and dispatch operations.
n
Coordinate Click & Collect orders from preparation through to customer collection.
n
Work alongside the team during busy operational periods.
n
Ensure orders are picked accurately and completed within required timeframes.
n
Maintain stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies.
n
Coordinate stock replenishment between the warehouse and shop floor.
n
Organise warehouse workflow and maintain a clean, secure and efficient environment.
n
Supervise, coach and support warehouse and Click & Collect team members.
n
Prepare rosters according to operational and trading requirements.
n
Monitor productivity, safety,



stock accuracy and customer-service standards.
n
Complete regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
n
Identify practical ways to improve warehouse processes.
n
Work closely with store leadership to support overall store performance.
n
Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are followed.
n

About You
n
You will be well suited to this position if you:
n
n
Have experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or Operations Manager.
n
Enjoy being actively involved in daily warehouse operations.
n
Have experience supervising warehouse, retail or logistics employees.
n
Understand receivals, dispatch, inventory control and stock replenishment.
n
Have experience managing Click & Collect or customer-order fulfilment.
n
Can organise workflows, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
n
Are confident coaching employees and addressing performance concerns.
n
Have strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
n
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.
n
Are committed to workplace safety and providing excellent customer service.
n
Hold a current Australian forklift licence - this is mandatory.
n
