Senior Occupational Therapist | Paediatric NDIS, Sensory & Assistive Technology | Glen Iris, VIC

Do you love working with kids, but feel boxed into a one size fits all caseload at your current clinic? This paediatric focused, multidisciplinary team is looking for an experienced OT who wants more variety, more autonomy, and a genuine say in how their week is structured.

This isn't your typical clinic based role. The team works across clinic, community and home visits, schools and kinders, and telehealth, so no two days look the same. They take a neurodiversity affirming, strength based approach and lean into complex, interesting work including sensory integration, assistive technology, and home modifications (including SIL and SDA applications and functional capacity assessments).

About the role

Predominantly paediatric NDIS caseload, with some flexibility based on your interests and experience
n
A genuine mix of settings: clinic, home/community, school and kinder based sessions, plus some telehealth
n
Work alongside Speech Pathologists and Psychologists as part of one integrated, family centred team
n
Senior level package to reflect your experience, no junior duties tacked on
n

What they're looking for

Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
Around 5+ years' experience, ideally with a solid paediatric background
n
Experience across sensory processing, developmental support, and/or assistive technology and home modifications
n
A collaborative style that fits a small, tight knit multidisciplinary team
n
Comfortable balancing clinic, home and community based work
n

Based in Glen Iris, a leafy, family friendly pocket with easy access to the Gardiners Creek trail for a walk on your break, plus the cafes and shops of nearby Camberwell and Ashburton. Well served by the
Alamein/Belgrave/Lilydale
train lines, so it's an easy commute whether you're coming from the city or further out.
