Design & Build are partnering with a national design practice looking to add experienced Architects to their growing Brisbane team contributing to some of the city’s most exciting retail, mixed-use and multi-residential projects. This is an prospect for a talented architect to take a project from concept through to delivery, with involvement across design, documentation, coordination, master planning, urban design and placemaking.

The Role:




Lead and evolve design concepts throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining solid design intent through to delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers and contractors to deliver well-coordinated, buildable outcomes.
Develop high-quality documentation, 3D models and presentations
Present design concepts with confidence and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Undertake site visits, resolve construction challenges and oversee design quality through delivery.
Contribute to project planning, budgets, timelines and overall project outcomes.
Stay curious and informed on emerging materials, technologies and construction methodologies.
