Required Skills

n

n
A construction related degree with at least 3- 5 years estimating experience
n
Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, early works packages
n




Knowledge of D&C; tenders within the healthcare, industrial & education sector
n
Experience using Buildsoft, Cubit & Estimate One & Mudshark software
n
Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices
n

The Role

n

You will secure projects by efficiently, effectively and accurately handling / general enquiries, tendering construction projects and preparing proposals in a timely manner. This role will be working within a team supporting the business in work winning for current build commercial and industrial tenders.
