Ready to lead a store where people, performance and product come together?

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a fantastic team for a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.

This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves being on the floor, developing their team and creating a store customers want to come back to. You’ll have real ownership of the store, with the support of a well-established global business behind you.

Lead, coach and develop your team
Drive sales and deliver against store targets
Create an exceptional customer experience
Lead from the front and stay connected to your team
Coach and develop your people to reach their potential
Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
Maintain robust standards across stock,



VM and operations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous Store Manager experience
A confident, hands-on people leader
Strong commercial and sales focus
Someone who enjoys coaching and developing a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace
Sports, footwear or lifestyle experience is highly regarded
