What You'll Bring
Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support
Confidence in the support you provide
Professionalism, reliability and initiative
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support
Explicit and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments
Strong availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and active/non-active overnight shifts
A valid driver's licence and car
