Want to join an innovative risk team
n
Help Lumi strengthen the backbone of our lending decisions....While our frontline teams make the calls, we need you to make sure those calls hold up - today and under scrutiny. This role sits at the intersection of quality assurance and credit policy: reviewing lending decisions against our standards, catching the trends and gaps before they become problems, and owning the policy that keeps our underwriting sharp and audit-ready.

We are looking for someone who can:
n
Assure: Lead structured quality reviews and pinpoint trends, breaches and process gaps.
n
Own: Maintain credit risk policy, underwriting guidelines and product policy end-to-end.
