An exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing ASX-listed organisation.

This role will sit across Finance, Technology and the wider business, supporting BAU activities alongside key finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
n
We're looking for someone who can get into the detail when required, build strong stakeholder relationships and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Key experience:
n
n
Finance Business Partner, BRM, Finance Transformation and Business Improvement experience
n
Solid understanding of finance processes and operating models
n
Experience delivering transformation and process improvement
n
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
n
Experience working across both business and technology teams
n
ERP/finance systems, AI or automation experience highly regarded
n
CA/CPA or consulting background highly advantageous
n

Sydney CBD | 3 days in office | Permanent
n
Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
