People Group in Perth is seeking an Import Team Lead to oversee the Import and domestic teams within the Operations department, reporting to the WA Manager.

You will coordinate client and contractor relations, manage high-priority shipments, and drive continuous improvement in workflow and service delivery.

The role requires robust leadership, excellent communication, and a valid Driver's Licence, with a focus on safety and compliance.
