About The Prospect
n
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to help provide compassionate support to residents at our facility in Mayfield NSW. You will be a passionate advocate for excellent clinical care that enables our residents to maintain their independence and dignity for as long as possible. Key Responsibilities
n

Medication management
n
Liaising with allied health professionals
n
Individualised care of residents to achieve the best quality of life for all of our residents
n
Communicating clearly and compassionately, providing united support with family members about care and care needs
n
Management of staff including EEN'S and PCW'S
n




Managing complex health care needs to reach long term positive outcomes for residents
n
n
About You
n
n
Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
n
Experience working in the aged care sector (preferred)
n
iCare system experience an advantage
n
Sound knowledge and commitment to the Aged Care Quality Standards and work health safety systems
n
Demonstrated unconditional focus on care outcomes for the residents
n
Genuine care for people and personal qualities that align to our client's values and mission
n
Demonstrated supervisory experience within a clinical setting
n
Familiarity with residential assessment, AN-ACC and clinical documentation
n
Current Police Check
n
