AMP is seeking an External Dispute Resolution Specialist (EDR) in Banking to manage AFCA IDR and EDR complaints for AMP Bank, guiding cases from intake to resolution with fairness and timeliness.

You will engage with customers and stakeholders, conduct detailed investigations, apply regulatory requirements and industry codes, and negotiate fair outcomes while representing AMP in dispute resolution forums and delivering high-quality responses.
