Our Client is an established and growing property business seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

This opportunity would suit someone who knows Property Management, enjoys building strong relationships with owners and tenants, and wants to work within a team where communication, accountability and delivering a high standard of service genuinely matter.

Rather than being another number inside a large department, you'll have the opportunity to become an important part of the team and take genuine ownership of your portfolio.

The Role
n
As Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, trades and the wider team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Routine inspections and reporting
n
Maintenance coordination
n
Lease renewals and tenancy management
n
Arrears management
n
Entry and exit processes
n
Working with trades and contractors
n
Providing proactive communication to property owners
n
Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed efficiently and professionally
n
General portfolio management and compliance
n
n
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and understands that great Property Management is ultimately about people.

Ideally, you'll bring:
n

Previous Property Management experience
n
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and time management
n
Confidence managing competing priorities
n
A proactive approach rather than waiting for problems to arise
n
Strong attention to detail
n
The ability to work independently while still contributing to a team workplace
n
n
