We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional to help lead and grow the next chapter of Decipher Bureau in Victoria.

This is a genuine player-manager role for someone who still enjoys being in the market — developing clients, building relationships and running a successful recruitment portfolio — but also wants the opportunity to lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team.

You'll work closely with our Directors and wider leadership team to:

Lead and develop our Melbourne team
n
Grow existing and recent client relationships
n
Continue to build your own successful recruitment desk
n
Coach and support experienced consultants
n
Expand our presence across the Victorian market
n
Help shape the future growth of Decipher Bureau in Melbourne
n

We're looking for someone with a strong agency recruitment background, ideally in a technical discipline like IT,



a proven track record in business development and billings, and experience leading or developing other recruiters.
