This diverse role will suit someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in sales, and is happy to support the day-to-day operations of a busy branch.

You will work closely with our customers and branch team to provide exceptional service, while also supporting our warehouse and delivery functions.

A Typical Day Will Involve
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to a wide range of electrical trades and commercial customers
Assisting customers in the showroom, over the phone and via email
Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotes and processing sales orders




Building robust customer relationships and identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and solutions
Supporting the sales team with product availability, pricing, order updates and follow-up
Processing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receiving, checking and booking in incoming stock and purchase ordersPicking and packing customer orders
Loading and unloading deliveries safely
Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stocktakes
Keeping the showroom, warehouse and surrounding areas clean, safe and well organised
Completing deliveries in a secure and courteous manner while complying with all road rules
Contributing to our strong safety culture and following all workplace health and safety procedures
