In the role of Technical Project Manager at Aristocrat, you will lead the implementation of the S**** system.
You will coordinate and manage the hardware and software lifecycle for our core products.
This position is essential for lowering costs, speeding up deployment, and enhancing the user experience.
You will engage with various contributors to collect requirements, manage deliverables, and secure the successful delivery of key projects.
What You'll Do
The following outlines the typical duties of a Project Manager - software, hardware and implementation.
In addition, all employees are expected to comply with all reasonable Management directives to ensure customer expectations and operational needs are met.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and achievements
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Manage hardware imaging and dispatch with the integration center (AIC)
Coordinate procurement and vendor management
Coordinate end-to-end installation, configuration, and system integration for S****
Verify that hardware and software parts work harmoniously as a system
Lead customer onboarding and rollout activities
Manage site readiness and deployment planning
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborators during projects
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to maintain clear communication with executives and collaborators
Mentor and manage the project coordinators to ensure outstanding execution
What We're Looking For
Over 5+ years of experience in software product management combined with more than 3+ years working in hardware
Proven experience delivering multiple hardware lines
Analytical and data-focused work style
Strong interpersonal abilities and the capability to collaborate successfully with individuals across all levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively control timelines
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Ability to determine and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience in vendor management and procurement
