Job Description
Ample Life is hiring an NDIS SIL Manager in Strathfield NSW for a full-time hybrid role. You will oversee Supported Independent Living services, coordinate rosters, supervise workers and ensure compliance with NDIS standards. You will engage with participants and families, review support plans, and drive continuous service improvement.
