Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within the wing
n
Assess, plan and implement individualised care plans
n
Manage medications and wound care in line with best practices
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
n
Collaborate with allied health professionals and families to provide holistic care
n
Support continuous improvement and quality assurance programs
n
Deliver high-quality clinical care to aged-care residents
n

Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification
n
Current National Police Check
n
Valid national police check and pre-employment medical assessment
n
Solid clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
n
Commitment to compassionate and person-centered care
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to work 7 night shifts per fortnight, including weekends
n
