Job description: Project Manager - Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) ServiceNow Implementation

Lead end-to-end implementation of TPRM/IRM solutions from discovery through production deployment.
n
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
n
Establish project governance forums including Steering Committees, Working Groups, and Design Authority reviews.
n
Manage multiple workstreams including process design, platform configuration, integrations, testing, training, and change management.
n
Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
n
Engage senior stakeholders across Procurement, Cyber Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Vendor Management teams.
n




Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
n
Drive decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
n
Provide regular executive reporting, status updates, and risk escalation.
n
Oversee configuration and deployment of Vendor Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related modules.
n
Ensure alignment with organizational risk management frameworks.
n
Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements.
n
Ensure risk controls, workflows, and assessment methodologies are appropriately configured.
n
Manage project risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed.
n
Must: experience of managing TPRM projects
